Team Trinity originally started as an idea based on sports... or rather, not sports. 'Wouldn't it be cool if jerseys had Bible verses on them instead of a player's name and number?' Thus, the how to show you're on God's team problem was solved. As the idea grew, three clear facets surfaced: communication with believers, communication with questioners, and spreading God's word to children across the globe.

Communication with believers can be easy or difficult. Wearing a Team Trinity shirt identifies you to others as a believer, and can thus start a conversation, which can lead to sharing your favorite passages or a deeper conversation. It is similar with those who are questioning their beliefs. Not everyone wears a cross necklace. One of these shirts allows others to recognize you as someone who may have helpful answers about your faith. (Believers have questions, too!)

A non-profit mission dear to our hearts is Operation Christmas Child, led by Samaritan's Purse. Each year shoeboxes are delivered to children in different countries. Along with toys, personal hygiene, and school supplies, a child may find a booklet in their own language. It is an additional price to include one in each shoebox. This booklet, called The Greatest Gift, contains Bible stories. Receiving this booklet allows them to participate in The Greatest Journey, a program put on by a local church, where they can discover Jesus. The point is that not every shoebox has a booklet. Care items are helpful, but they get worn out or broken. Remember John 4:13-14: "Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life." Because this mission is so important to us, we are devoting 10% of every sale to buying The Greatest Gift booklets to put in more shoeboxes and send to more children around the world.
